Hi, I'm Chloe.
I founded Bare Seven after more than a decade in beauty therapy. Since qualifying in 2011, I have specialised in female and male intimate waxing alongside Bio Sculpture gel nails, helping thousands of clients feel comfortable and confident.
I know waxing can feel daunting, especially the first time. That is why I take a calm, straightforward and completely judgement-free approach. I will explain each step, listen to what you need and make sure your privacy and dignity are respected throughout.

01Before & during your wax
Before your appointment
- Allow at least 2–3 weeks of hair growth; avoid trimming intimate areas where possible.
- Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours beforehand.
- Arrive with clean skin, free from fake tan, oils and heavy moisturisers.
- For male intimate waxing, hair should be approximately grain-of-rice length. Shower beforehand where possible.
During your appointment
- A consultation takes place before your first treatment.
- Disposable coverings are provided where appropriate.
- Some discomfort is normal, particularly during your first few waxes.
- Chloe will guide you through positioning and aftercare. Your privacy and dignity are respected at every stage.
Feeling nervous about a first intimate wax is completely normal. Everything will be explained before treatment begins, with your comfort prioritised throughout.
02Waxing aftercare
For the first 24–48 hours
Avoid hot baths and hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms, intense exercise, swimming, sunbathing or sunbeds, fake tan, scented products, tight clothing and excessive touching of the waxed area.
Preventing ingrown hairs
Begin gentle exfoliation 48 hours after your appointment, then continue 2–3 times weekly. Keep skin moisturised, choose loose breathable clothing and avoid shaving between appointments.
What is normal?
Mild redness, slight sensitivity or small bumps immediately after waxing can be normal and usually settle within 24–48 hours.
When to book again
For the best long-term results, waxing is recommended every 4–6 weeks. Following male intimate waxing, avoid gym sessions, cycling and sexual activity for 24–48 hours.
03Cancellation & appointment policy
Changes & cancellations
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the treatment value.
No-shows
Clients who do not attend without notice may be charged 100% of the treatment value and may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.
Late arrivals
Treatment time may need to be shortened to protect later appointments, while the full fee may still apply. If there is not enough time to complete the treatment safely, it may need to be rescheduled.
Deposits
Bare Seven may request a deposit for selected treatments, new clients, or following repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.
04Complaints, adjustments & refunds
Please raise any treatment concern within 48 hours where possible; photographs may be requested to help assess it. Every concern is considered fairly and individually.
Because treatments involve reserved time, products and professional expertise, refunds are not usually offered for completed services. Where a genuine issue has occurred, a review appointment, corrective treatment or partial/full refund may be offered as appropriate and at Bare Seven's discretion.
Waxing results vary because hair grows in cycles. Refunds are not provided for hair that was too short to remove, normal regrowth, failure to follow aftercare, ingrown hairs, or reactions where contraindications were not disclosed. If a small area appears to have been missed, please make contact within 48 hours for review.
Where patch testing is required, clients are responsible for arranging and attending this before treatment. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
